Comfort Inn & Suites Temple - Medical Center

Kim H. is the friendliest and kindest person, She made us feel right at home and helped out with anything we needed while working on the road. Much appreciation for everything , would definitely recommend staying here again for her hospitality! Thanks Kim!!

The room was large. King size bed. With soft pillows, nice & soft quilt. clean room. One room had a walking shower. While the other had a tub& shower. Moderate size baths. The iron bottom was clean. Has a laundry on site. The pool was closed for repair. Has a business center. Breakfast was eggs, potatoes, sausage, and waffles that day. Filling food, a variety of hot & cold drinks, yogurts, cold cereals, toast. Dennys is only 15 steps away. It's located just a couple of miles from the V.A. Hospital & clinic & the other medical centers & hospital also Temple collage.

We’ve stayed at Holiday Inn, Hilton, Marriott and many other hotels but by far this place had the best breakfast I have ever had. Hotel is a little old but beds were clean. They do offer shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was great because we forgot ours. Also very friendly and good service.

My husband and I checked in 3/19 and checked out 3/21. From the outside the hotel looked new and nice. Walking into the hotel, the 1st thing was that the sliding door wasn't working. It stayed open and seemed unsafe for both guests and staff. Checking in, the front desk lady didn't smile. She wasn't very friendly, and it didn't seem like she wanted to be there. The elevator is very small, smelled bad, and sounded like it was ready to snap or break down any second. It's a little annoying there is only 1 ice machine, so going from the 3rd floor to the 1st was irritating. The room overall was ok, definitely not worth what I spent $350, its maybe worth half that for the 2 nights. Wish I could get some of my money back that's for sure. The ironing board looked rough, and so did the iron itself and minimal towels in the room. Pool was closed, assuming for renovations the way it was covered up. Overall, the location was pretty great, but With the steep rate we probably won't stay here again.

Expedia was NOT helpful when I needed to modify my hotel reservations BUT Andy, the manager, Bill, Virgina, Seli, and Selena went ABOVE and Beyond to help me. Bill contacted Expedia, but they didn't follow through. Andy, the Manager, got it figured out and was able to correct Expedia's errors. Thank you so much to all of you at Comfort Suites!

Exceptional staff. Friendly and welcoming. Full breakfast with the chef speaking with us personally. Will return if need lodging in the area.

The staff were very friendly and helpful both evenings and in the mornings. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and I found that the cook took pride in his job. Overall will stay when we come to Temple again. Thank you!

This place has great customer service. I am a Gold Member and the office manager for Wednesday Night 03/15/23 was a very polite and helpful person. He made my stay very pleasant. He had my registration ready by the time I entered the building and made my check in very easy and quick. He thanked me for my stay and made me feel special. Great Customer Service, Sir. Would have given 5 stars for everything, but it is off HWY 35, which almost made me not stay here, but now I am glad I did.
